Bulk-book a cohort

What this walkthrough covers

1. 1

   Open the wizard

   From the cohort detail page, click Bulk-book. The wizard opens with the cohort's accepted beneficiaries pre-loaded.

2. 2

   Step 1: Pick a lawyer

   The wizard suggests lawyers ranked by your bookmarks, language match, and other heuristics. Pick one — they will handle all the consultations in this batch.

3. 3

   Step 2: Pick slots

   LeyApp suggests one slot per beneficiary. Drag the grip handles to reassign slots if the suggestion isn't right for someone.

4. 4

   Step 3: Case summaries

   Optional one-line case summaries per beneficiary. Leave blank if there's nothing specific to flag for the lawyer.

5. 5

   Step 4: Review

   The wizard shows the full plan: lawyer, beneficiary, slot, summary, and price per row. Check for errors before submitting.

6. 6

   Submit the batch

   Click Submit. The wizard creates the bookings row-by-row and shows the per-row outcome. Failed rows can be retried individually.
