Approving pending firm members

What this walkthrough covers

1. 1

   Pending approvals card

   When lawyers request to join, they appear here at the top of your firm dashboard. The card is hidden automatically when there are no pending requests.

2. 2

   Each member row

   You see the lawyer's name, email, and the date they requested to join. Click their name to open their public profile in a new tab before deciding.

3. 3

   Reject the request

   Reject sends a polite email letting the lawyer know it didn't work out. They can try a different firm.

4. 4

   Approve the request

   Approve adds them immediately to your firm. They gain access to shared branding, policies, and any delegation permissions you've enabled.
