Assign a firm delegate
As a firm owner or admin, attach a staff member as the delegate of another lawyer's calendar.

What this walkthrough covers

Open the assign dialog
Click Assign delegate at the top of the Firm → Delegates page. You see this button only if you are an owner or admin of the firm.

Pick the delegate
Choose the firm member who will manage someone else's calendar. They must already be an active member of the firm.

Pick the lawyer
Choose which lawyer's calendar the delegate manages. You can repeat the assignment to give one delegate access to several lawyers.

Confirm
Click Assign. The delegation appears immediately with the default firm-delegation permission set. You can edit permissions or revoke the delegation later.
