Organization dashboards are in closed beta. Contact LeyApp before onboarding a new beneficiary cohort — we will enable the right features for your use case.
What is an organization?
An organization is the LeyApp entity used by NGOs, employers, or social-services teams that sponsor legal consultations for several beneficiaries. It groups sponsorships, budgets, team members, and reporting in one place.
An organization is different from a lawyer firm — it represents the sponsor, not the legal practice.
Creating your organization
- Pick an organization name, logo, and CIF/NIF.
- Invite your team with the right role (see Team roles below).
- Create your first sponsorship by inviting a beneficiary.
- Set a budget for that sponsorship and monitor spend from the dashboard.
Managing beneficiaries
Open Organization → Sponsorships to see every beneficiary, budget status, and booking activity. Each row expands to show the beneficiary's consented permissions (what your team can or cannot see per booking).
You can revoke sponsorship at any time; the beneficiary keeps any bookings already paid for but new bookings will no longer be covered.
Team roles
Each team member has a role that determines what they can do inside the organization.
- Owner — billing, delete organization, transfer ownership. One per org.
- Admin — create sponsorships, set budgets, invite team, handle day-to-day ops.
Editing organization details
From Organization → Settings you can update the name, logo, CIF/NIF, and billing address. Changes to CIF/NIF only affect future invoices.
