Firm privacy and data sharing
What partners in your firm can see about each other and clients.

Privacy inside a firm
Being in the same firm does not mean your colleagues see your client conversations. LeyApp enforces case-level isolation: chat content, uploaded documents, and payment details stay between the assigned lawyer and the client.
What firm admins see
- Member list, roles, and invite status.
- Aggregated metrics — total bookings per member, total revenue, no-show rates. No content.
- Firm-wide policies, branding, and shared settings.
- Invoice and billing records tied to the firm's CIF/NIF, not per-client content.
Overrides and exceptions
If two lawyers in the firm jointly handle a case (co-counsel), either can assign the other to the conversation from the case screen. The second lawyer sees chat and documents only after that explicit assignment.
Need stricter isolation for a specific client? Mark the booking as "solo" in the conversation settings — no handover is possible without the client's explicit consent.
Client data on the firm side
Clients remain associated with the lawyer they booked, not the firm as a whole. Even if the lawyer leaves the firm, the client conversation and its history move with them — not with the firm.
