What this walkthrough covers
- 1
Read the lawyer's reason
The lawyer explained why a follow-up is needed. Read it before deciding — it's the professional context for your call.
- 2
Check price and duration
The proposed price (in euros) and session length. The price will be deducted from the sponsorship budget if you approve.
- 3
Approve path
Approving opens a slot picker. You pick a date and time, and the booking is created on the beneficiary's behalf.
- 4
Slot picker
Pick the date and start/end time. The slot picker doesn't check availability automatically — the lawyer can still decline if you pick a busy moment.
- 5
Decline path
Declining opens a confirmation dialog. You can attach a short note explaining the decline — the lawyer will see it.
- 6
Defer path
Defer punts the decision to the beneficiary. They see the same approval screen on their dashboard and pick a slot themselves.
