What this walkthrough covers
- 1
Welcome
Verification is what turns your firm name on LeyApp into a trust signal foreign clients can act on. We'll walk through every step.
- 2
Why it matters
Without verification, your firm page isn't even publicly listed. Enterprise clients, embassies, and NGO sponsors only book verified firms.
- 3
Status tracker
Vertical timeline with four steps. Each has three states: gray (not started), amber (pending), green (completed).
- 4
CIF or NIF document
Upload your tax certificate. Format validated in the browser. Private file, signed links expire in one hour, never indexable.
- 5
Domain email
Enter an email on the firm's domain. One-time link with 24h expiry. If you don't have a domain, CIF + bar letter is enough.
- 6
Bar association letter
Letter from your bar association confirming the firm exists and that you're authorized. Scans, PDFs, or photos with legible letterhead.
- 7
Admin review
Our verification admins review your documents. 48-hour SLA — usually within a single business day. Email + in-app notification when done.
- 8
Verified badge
Once approved, the badge appears on profile, team cards, and search results. Your public URL leyapp.es/firm/your-slug is now indexable.
- 9
Transfer ownership
Pick an existing admin and confirm. It's irreversible — we require 2FA (AAL2) first. You stay on as admin to help during the transition.
