Verifying your firm
Upload bar-association proof and firm registration so clients see the verified badge.

Why verify the firm
Verification unlocks the public firm profile, joint billing under the firm CIF/NIF, and the verified "Firm" badge next to each member. It also protects against squatting — only one verified entity per colegiado chain.
Verification steps
- Upload the CIF/NIF document and confirm the registered bar association.
- Add a domain-based email (e.g. ceo@yourfirm.es) and verify it via confirmation link.
- Upload a recent bar-association letter listing at least one member colegiado.
CIF / NIF
Use the firm's current tax identification document. Personal NIFs only apply to sole practitioners — firms with more than one colegiado must have a CIF.
Domain email
A firm email on your own domain (e.g. @yourfirm.es) proves you control the practice. Free webmail addresses are not accepted for verification.
Bar-association letter
Any recent letter issued by your bar association that names the firm and at least one current colegiado. Under 12 months old is best.
Review timeline
Most firms are reviewed within 2 business days. Complex cases (merged firms, cross-bar practices) may take up to 5 days. You will see the status change in Settings → Firm → Verification.
After approval
The firm badge is added to each member's public profile, the firm page is published, and you can enable joint billing from Settings → Firm → Invoices.
Rejected? Check the rejection reason in Settings — typically a name mismatch between CIF and bar letter. Re-upload fixed documents; no penalty for retries.
