Cancel a Booking

What this walkthrough covers

1. 1

   Find your booking

   Go to the Bookings page in your dashboard and find the booking you want to cancel.

   Click Cancel Booking

   Click the 'Cancel Booking' button on the booking detail page.

3. 3

   Review your refund

   A dialog shows the refund amount based on timing: full refund if 24+ hours before, 50% refund if within 24 hours.

4. 4

   Confirm cancellation

   Click 'Yes, Cancel' to confirm. The refund is processed automatically through Stripe and typically appears within 5-10 business days.
